Why Paname?

Cause Paname is the “nickname” of Paris in parisian slang.

Nobody knows really why: someone tells it comes from the hat Panama, someone thinks it’s for the Panama scandal of 1889.

Anyway, “peu importe”: I decided to use this name also if nowadays it’s dated as I want to let you discover the hidden face of Paris, the less known spots and the real Parisian life, so I started with the less common name!

I’m Italian and I live in Paris since 2013; I started the exploration of this beautiful town as a tourist.

I can see Paris from the resident and the visitor perspectives, and this helps me in being always surprised and enthusiastic when sharing my breakthroughs!

I love history, culture, cinema, cuban salsa, I have a professional background in Hotels and catering, and I’m aware about the environmental impact of mass tourism.

That is why I decided to propose personalized tours to small groups, far from the most commons spots: I believe in sustainable and responsible tourism, the only one capable to enrich both travelers and habitants.
